2nd Session 2021 Arrival Day Details!
Dear Parents,
We are SO excited to meet our 2021 Second Session Campers!! Please read below for reminders and arrival details. We are following best practices to keep COVID-19 away from Woodcraft. Please practice patience as we navigate new procedures and follow our guidelines to help us continue to have the safest and best summer ever.
Arrival Times: 2009 or older — arrive between 1-2pm. 2010 or younger, please arrive between 12-1pm. Siblings with different age categories: your choice. Please leave any furry friends at home.
Arrival Screening: A friendly staff member will greet you at your car window when you pull up to Woodcraft. Please wait in your car while we conduct a quick temperature screening and screen for COVID symptoms.
Show your camper’s negative COVID-19 Test. This is an important reminder that campers must be able to present a negative PCR COVID-19 test that was taken within 3-4 days of arrival to camp in order to be able to attend camp. Thank you!
Ok! Now you are all set to hop out of the car and we can air high five or elbow bump as we greet each other. We will have you check in at the office and the health center before you help your camper move in to their bunk. Please be mindful of space and respect the counselors’ guidance on how many are able to be in the building at one time. It’s best to keep the process short but sweet!
